You contacted us lately to express your dissatisfaction with the fact that not all the information on the websites of the Québec government is available in English.

Here are a few explanations.

The Québec government's departments and agencies are all subject to the application of the government policy regarding the use and quality of French in the public administration [Politique gouvernementale relative à l’emploi et à la qualité de la langue française dans l’Administration]. In Québec, French is the official language.

Citizens may elect to be served in French or English. However, that is not a right, nor are the departments and agencies under any obligation to provide services in a language other than French, except in health and safety matters.

At Services Québec, we apply the government policy regarding the use and quality of     French in the public administration. Hence,

    • our employees address the public in French, whether this be over the phone or in         person;

    • if someone addresses an employee in English, in general, the employee is able to         respond in English, but neither a right nor an obligation is involved;

    • a response in a language other than French or English is not provided for;

    • employees are obliged to communicate in French with businesses established in     Québec, since French is the language of business in Québec.

However, we wish to inform you that Services Québec’s goal is to make available to Québec’s English-speaking population the full content of the Citizens section of the Québec government portal, which it is in charge of. The translation is under way, and seven of the most popular electronic guides are available in English.

    Thank you for your interest in our organization.

Many thanks for your reply. Please know, I am very aware of the "Gouvernement de Quebec", 'Language Policy"   etc...

These 'Laws" are "Public Laws - and were NOT enacted with the consent of the People Of Canada - Nor were they enacted with the Required - full knowledge and full consent of the People of Quebeck.    The Quebeck "Legislators" = decided on their own - to create and enact these 'Laws" that clearly - very clearly - discriminate - against the 2.5 million English speaking population and are therefore - "Null & Void" - not only according to our Constitution - they are "Null & Void" according to the "International Human Rights Agreement" - that both Canada - which includes Quebeck -- signed: And then Quebeck Representatives of the people, signed - as a Province - again.

Look - I can easily go on about this for another 100 pages.     But you know as well as I do these 'loi's' -- and in particular - the way they are being interpreted - offend and violate every human rights definition there is.   And have very little to do with: "...the use and quality of French in the public administration.."      That definition has been SKEWED into - meaning - the total Erasure of the English Language - its CULTURE - OUR SERVICES - our schools, our businesses - our media - especially our media - off the Quebec map.   ALL GROSS violations abuses of - our Charter(s) and again - null & void and frankly have enacted "ethnic cleansing as law" - (without the camps and ovens) . Note** No Politician - Political Party - has the right - to erase - amend - any law that removes ANY Right or FREEDOM including the RIGHT TO Earn a Living in English or French. Nor does any Politician or Party - have ANY RIGHT to unilaterally declare Quebec a French Only Province - and thereby   - ethnically cleansing (as defined in the UN Human Rights Agreement & International Human Rights Agreement).   I repeated myself here - because - the politicians of my/our Province - have done exactly that - deliberately and maliciously. All illegal - no matter who or how many 'Representatives of Our Province' claim are law.

Now - Given the Greater Montreal Area is the area the English Speaking Population lives and has ALWAYS LIVED - and before these - grotesque language laws and subsequent laws/loi's   were illegally enacted - and AGAINST OUR WILL:   That have resulted in the REMOVAL OF OUR SERVICES - that DO INCLUDE THE REMOVAL OF HEALTH & SOCIAL SERVICES IN ENGLISH in particular in cities like Greenfield Park - where the English speaking population is the MAJORITY - and yet - Charles LeMoyne Hospital - not only has NO ENGLISH Signage- services - etc...   the emergency floor staff - have consistently REFUSED to speak to --- or diagnose - patients in ENGLISH & have reached the stage - where they are PLAYING MEDICAL RUSSIAN ROULETTE - with IN PARTICULAR - helpless English Patients - resulting in TOO MANY DEATHS TO COUNT!!   One of them - my cousin - another my brother in law - that was 2 hours from dying when we finally got him out of there and to the 'Trauma team at the Montreal General waiting for him:   I'll keep it short - because there are at least 5 other horror stories to describe from MY family alone. But have to let you, and everyone else I can reach, know - about the latest concentration camp style treatment forced upon my 86 year old mother - and barbaric events and mistreatment my sister and I endured - because we are English that if it happened to you - would turn your head around backwards on your shoulders - and change your life - forever!!   That Steve - IS AN EXAMPLE - OF THE LIVING REALITY - THE DAILY COMMON REALITY - 30 Year long, of "Services - Health Services" for us - in the officially designated Bilingual city of Greenfield Park and I know that you ALL KNOW IT. Please don't tell me to write anyone and complain to Quebec's Human Rights Office etc... because I have it on tape - f rom the Human Rights Office of Quebec - that THEY DO NOT ACCEPT LANGUAGE DISCRIMINATION CASES - if the complaint is English Language discrimination.   The Only one they will "Consider" - would be - "If Your Mother DIED".   And "You should be happy she's alive and no nurse has to speak to your mother or you - in English".    Forgive this paragraph's CAPS and emotion.   Although I'm sure you can relate - if you put yourself in my place and it was Your Mother - it happened to.

Anyway - Given - The Greater Montreal Area - contributes 69% of Our Provinces - Revenue - FOR SERVICES WE NO LONGER GET - BUT PAY FOR AND HAVE PAID FOR FOR DECADES - while 'Our Liberal Government continues to ERASE our ability to work - be it in French or English (take a look at how many Anglos - you all work with - how many is it Steve... one - two -- none?)    Our Liberal Government elected on the Platform of Equality and Rights FOR ALL QUEBECKERS - and instead - have consistently enacted - middle of the night - additional - laws again designed to ERASE our rights and services - devastating us even more than the PQ did: It's time for the English population to GET OUR MONEY REFUNDED - because not one of us - NOT ONE - elected Liberal Representatives to destroy our lives. Nor did the Liberal Platform state - our representatives - would or could - make any laws they/you want - whenever and/or however the mood changed amongst the legislators - to change them!! Re: Your "It's being translated..",   comment - phrased as though you all are, 'Doing us - the English/Allos, a FAVOR", takes ARROGANCE and CONTEMPT FOR US - to an entirely new level - doesn't it, Mr. Lambert.    Notwithstanding - the 40 year long --- It's Being Translated --- QC Government page s & public announcement - bullshit - we've been forced to endure!!   Please stop it - all of you with cut and paste - "here's the law"   replies.   The "law" in this context "...IS AN ASS".... and UNACCEPTABLE and I repeat ILLEGAL AND CRIMINAL and again we both/all know it.

I would though - like you to send me the names of the Liberal Party Legislators - who took part in amending - removing - enacting: All "Laws" that concern the English language - subject matter- and the dates etc... of their enactment.    And finally: I ask you to send me a detailed copy of the Representatives who introduced the bill for: "In Quebec, French is the official language"... that "Officially removed English as an Official Language" .    I'm of course speaking about -- the most recent ones - enacted, introduced etc... from 'Our Party Members.".    Given it was a real surprise to us.

Oh an also: Who - decided that "All Titles - Provincial Government Services Titles - Departments etc... - will NOT BE TRANSLATED INTO ENGLISH ANYMORE??   You know.... like "le gouvernement de Quebec".... instead of, The Government of Quebeck - and who was the Einstein - who demanded these FRENCH ONLY Titles - be applied to -- all English Language Radio & TV Ads (That we PAY FOR - including The French ads of course) ?    Another - smack in the face to the Anglo/Allo population of course - from the people - the individuals - WE ELECTED to protect our rights.   So - who or what Department head or marketing genius - thought that one up?

I must say - if you want to win the hearts and minds and support of the 2.5 million (and don't claim otherwise - these are the true numbers and you all know that as well)   voters that    Our Party depends on to give them a majority - well, I suggest that person be removed from their position - immediately. I am very alarmed at the Quebeck Governments independent decision to enact a PUBLIC LAW that has NOT been, as required by LAW - given the required Public Consent! What would an NDP Prime Minister do in the event of a Unilateral Declaration of Independence by Quebec? by Tony Kondaks

Would an NDP Prime Minister violate his Oath of Office if he implemented his partys Sherbrooke Declaration as government policy?
Anyone who desires to become the leader of the New Democratic Party must clarify their position regarding his party Sherbrooke Declaration of 2005. The NDP aspires to one day form the Government of Canada and, in such an event, its leader would then accede to the Office of Prime Minister. The question must therefore be asked whether the Sherbrooke
Declaration is in conflict with the Oath of Office of Prime Minister, the Constitution and
the National Defence Act.

What would an NDP Prime Minister do if a Unilateral Declaration of Independence was proclaimed by the Government of Quebec?

Please consider the following:
Excerpts from the Sherbrooke Declaration (Statement adopted by the General Council of the NDP Quebec Section 2005):
The NDP recognizes Quebec right to self-determination, which implies the right of the people of Quebec to decide freely its own political and constitutional future. This right can be expressed in various ways and can go as far as achieving sovereignty. (page 7)

Therefore, the NDP is committed to respect, in all its dealings, the Loi quebecoise sur la consultation populaire (Quebec Referendum Act). Also, the NDP would recognize a majority decision (50% + 1) of the Quebec people in the event of a referendum on the political status of Quebec. The NDP recognizes as well that the right to self-determination implies
that the Assemblee nationale is able to write a referendum question and that the citizens of Quebec are able to answer it freely. It would be to the Federal government to determine its own process in the spirit of the Supreme Court ruling and under international law, in response to the results of the popular consultation in Quebec.

According to its values, the NDP rejects also any use of -- or threat of -- force against Quebec at any stage. Our vision is one of trust toward democracy, good faith and values of peace. (page 8)

The Oath of Office that the Prime Minister of Canada takes reads as follows:

I, (name), do solemnly and sincerely promise and swear (or declare) that I will truly and faithfully, and to the best of my skill and knowledge, execute the powers and trust reposed in me as Prime Minister, so help me God. [source: Wikipedia, search Oath of Office]

Here are some of the powers vested in the Prime Minister (read Prime Minister when you see Governor in Council) as per the National Defence Act (Revised Statutes of Canada, 1985, c. N-5):

273.6 (2) (a) The Governor in Council, or the Minister on the request of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness or any other Minister, may issue directions authorizing the Canadian Forces to provide assistance in respect of any law enforcement matter if the Governor in Council or the Minister, as the case may be, considers that the
assistance is in the national interest;

(1) (a)The Governor in Council may place the Canadian Forces or any component, unit or other element thereof or any officer or non-commissioned member thereof on active service anywhere in or beyond Canada at any time when it appears advisable to do so by reason of an emergency, for the defence of Canada;

What exactly is the ‘trust’ that the Prime Minister vows to truly and faithfully execute to the best of his skill and knowledge pursuant to his oath of office?

Above all else, I believe that trust is to uphold the Constitution of Canada and the rule of law. It is also clear from both the Supreme Court Reference case and the constitution amending formula that a UDI by Quebec would be unconstitutional and outside the rule of law. This is particularly true for a UDI following a referendum with a result close to a 50% outcome.

If a UDI is unconstitutional, is it not reasonable to assume that the Prime Minister must -- again as the Oath stipulates -- use all of the powers reposed in him to uphold the constitution? The language used in the National Defence Act, cited above, is may, not must. However, the language of the Oath is much less ambiguous, and the the powers vested in the Prime Minister and his Cabinet include the use of the armed forces of Canada under the National Defence Act. Any law -- whether it be jaywalking, burglary, or insurrection -- can only be enforced under the threat of police power. That, simply, is how the rule of law is upheld.

I believe it is incumbent upon any person aspiring to become Leader of the NDP to clarify his or her position vis a vis the use of force by the Canadian Government in the event of a UDI and, if different from the Sherbrooke Declaration, to state that differing position.

Clifford Lincoln's Rights Are Rights Speech

Hello everyone. I know my posts have not been as fast and furious as they should be. Life's problems have gotten in the way and the fact I'm dancing at too many weddings at the same time and there just aren't enough hours in the day. I have been posting on Facebook on a daily basis and will try to get my Facebook page attached to this Blog to make things a bit easier for all of us.   In the meantime I ran across an internet dialogue that I ended up being banned from (very typical when it comes to the illegal Quebec Language Laws and the Erasure of Rights & Freedoms in Quebec - endorsed of all things by our Federal Government) - that includes one of the finest and most heartfelt speeches ever made back in 1988 when the beginnings of the ethnic cleansing lunatic laws were being illegally enacted. Clifford Lincoln is the speech maker and I know you will agree with my sentiments once you read what he has to say.

To set things up - please know I've included a paragraph of my posts - from AngryFrenchGuy in 2009, - a site I was banned from once I started posting some 'truths about the history of Quebec etc.." I addressed my post to a fellow named Rob from Ontario who, if I remember correctly was questioning one of my posts to another fellow, Steve_36 that I'd gotten thoroughly fed up with :):)   I hope you enjoy a sample of what countless English speaking Quebeckers have been saying for the past 40 years - cries for understanding and cries for help that have been Muzzled by our Provincial & Federal Government Politicians who of course today have total control of pretty much all mainstream Canadian & Provincial media.

I have one more comment to add regarding: Steve_36. I have always replied to Steve_36 and went to great lengths to respond to his questions in detail. It began with the ban of English on signs. In 1988 Clifford Lincoln (among many others) spoke before the Quebec National Assembly. No one, in my opinion has said it better to this day.

In concluding, I would like to tell you that despite this very sad decision that I will take today, I remain first and above all fundamentally attached to my ideals as a Liberal. This year was a very difficult one for me. My wife was buried in Quebec; it is the greatest tribute that I can render to Quebec. Note from the translator: following the adoption of Bill 178, three anglophone cabinet ministers resigned from the government and, eventually, from the National Assembly. These resignations were to protest the adoption of Bill 178. The ministers resigning were: Herbert Marx, Clifford Lincoln and Richard French. Anglophone discontent with the Bourassa
Liberal government was also expressed by the establishment, shortly thereafter, of the Equality Party. This essentially anglophone party elected four candidates in the provincial elections of 1989. It is estimated that where the fielded candidates, in essentially anglophone and allophone areas of Quebec, the Equality Party received between 70-78% of the
anglophone vote.

This is going to be a series of examples of just 'some' of the experiences and results of Quebeck's continued 'Purge of the English culture - out of Quebeck'.   The text below is in response to a reply to one of my posts and may help you understand why I haven't blogged in quite some time. The 'hospital experience' briefly described below, literally knocked me to my knees - these past six months. I am though - finally able to write about it - or at least to introduce this living nightmare - that many others have been forced to endure in todays Quebec. Please know - I have recorded the events - and subsequent follow ups - with Quebeck's Human Rights Department, The hospital Ombudsman's Office, and conversations with the Office de La Langues Francais, that will be transcribed into text as soon as I can. It's an extremely time consuming, frustrating and painful experience in itself; trying to overcome the multitudes of 'roadblocks set up by our Provincial & Federal 'authorities' - that result in most complainants just giving up - out of sheer exhaustion! Oh - I also found out that ANY AND ALL complaints about, 'acts of discrimination - abuse etc.. foisted upon an English speaking Quebecker - because they are English' are NOT ALLOWED in Quebec? Imagine that!!

Anyway, for today here's the first of the series, that I pray will give the reader an insight of the very real daily pain so many of us have had forced upon us against our will.

Did you know that Quebeck (spelled with a "k" in English) was the Only Officially bilingual Province in the country - until - this language law lunacy was illegally enacted?   The ILLEGAL 'removal' of our country's official language in the Province of Quebeck - and the ILLEGAL removal of equal rights and equal status - is a gross obscenity deliberately created to 'ethnically cleanse' the non French and in particular - the English language and its culture (2.5 MILLION English speaking Quebeckers)-- out of the Province!   Declaring Quebeck an officially French only Province - is/was - a criminal act - according to our Constitution and violated All the Statutes Of Law Making Regulations - that every Premier of Every Province must adhere to - by LAW!! It is not only a grotesque internationally condemned law - it is a "Public Law" that erases the populations ability to live and work and flourish in their own Province - in Canada!! No Premier or Politician or
Political Party is allowed to - introduce, or enact 'any Public Law - without the 'direct full knowledge and - full consent by a significant majority of the - People Of Canada - and for sure the People Of Quebeck, period.

Our Statutes very clearly state - that "Any law that diminishes the rights and freedoms of the population or segment of the population, is illegal", and shall be deemed null & void".

Our rights have not only been undermined - they have been ERASED. And the way the politicians went about it - was through -(FLQ) terror - abuse, killings - kidnappings and never ending fear instilled into the English speaking population!   And very much against the will of the people. It is an illegal law that was sprung on us by surprise (another illegality - because NO laws may be passed without the full knowledge and consent of the people - not their politicians - I repeat the people).

Given that, ALL our political representatives and Party's have not only remained 'silent' about these 'criminal activities and violent abuses of power - both the Federal Liberals and today, Jack Layton's NDP have the NERVE to endorse and promote these Ethnic Cleansing insane laws - on behalf of the treasonous PQ - and rights and freedom violating Provincial Liberals!   They tout they are, "Protecting the French language - from assimilation - sea of English" - when in FACT the French language has NEVER, EVER - needed protection of any kind - and has done nothing but grow and flourish at an incredible rate in Quebeck and of course across the country!!!

Did you know that just about ALL OUR ENGLISH MEDIA - has been ERASED? And the one English language Daily left - the Montreal Gazette - is totally managed and controlled - by French language law disciples?   Just about ALL the English reporters have been fired - people like Bill Johnson etc... you know the greats... and replaced by collaborating -
ass kissers like James Mennie - who have become freaking famous for skewing and denying the truth - beyond belief.

Did you know that Senator Joan Fraser (sp) the 'ex Editor of the Gazette - another language law spewer' was 'rewarded with a seat on the Senate, by Chretien - for going along with this filth?   Did you know that we have ONE Talk Show station CJAD left - that totally controls (as does the rest of the Quebeck media) the subject matter and DOES NOT
ALLOW - the true voice of the English speaking population - to express its fear and utter DISMAY over this ongoing ethnic cleansing - PURGE? Did you know that our little children are and have been subjected to incredible cruelties by being FORCED into French schools and FORCED to remain there - even though they are being hurt and damaged for the rest of their lives - because they either cannot adapt to this often, Anglo hating environment?

Did you know that French hospitals like Charles LeMoyne Hospital in get this: Officially Bilingual Greenfield Park - where the English population is the MAJORITY - orders its English doctors to speak French ONLY to English patients?

Did you know that this same hospital - has a Mengele type, license to KILL patients in particular elderly ones who don't understand French? Did you know that the entire Emergency floor nursing staff - have been spouting L'Office de la Langues Francais - illegal laws to English patients and their families - and that they REFUSE to diagnose English patients in English?   Did you know that this supposed teaching hospital - allows their interns - to illegally change
medications - again without the required medical diagnosis - without consulting with families - and in many cases (AS WITH MY MOTHER - a 14 day gulag experience of horror - mind numbing terror and trauma that still leaves me breathless and quivering to this day) doing their best to HARM and hurt and oftentimes KILL the patient?

Does this sound like an exaggeration? It must... but believe me - this has been going on for the last 3 DECADES and the event I speak of happened THIS YEAR - and what I witnessed during those 14 days - the pain, the cruelty - the deliberate neglect - the outright HATRED the nurses and 'doctors' (there are exceptions - but NOT on the Emergency Floor) heaped upon helpless patients - and the subsequent agony they are forced to endure -   is more than enough to
knock one to ones knees for the rest of their lives!

Now that's just a SAMPLE of what is REALLY going on here in La Belle Province (sic)!!    I haven't even begun to mention the TOTAL DENIAL of the Right to work - and the TOTAL DENIAL of our entry into ANY Provincial or Federal Workplace - let alone Corporate - no MATTER HOW FLUENT we are in French!!    That alone will take a book if not volumes!

As for "our taking part in the political process' another REQUIRED LAW - well that JUST DOES NOT EXIST in Quebeck! OUR VOICES are and have been MUZZLED - period.   And the PURGE continues - as fast as possible of course - because these GOONS are hoping - by the time the rest of the country finds out what has really been going on - most of us will be gone!

Correction re: Open Letter to Senate & Comment.

It seems I erred when I wrote the Senate may not introduce Bills. It 'seems' they may introduce Bills! Here's a copy of the criteria - taken from the Senate Fact Sheet - I found today. I don't know how new this is.. this is the first time I've seen it during the 8 months I've been digging my way through the horrific maze of Government documents, whilst trying to find answers re: "Our Laws" etc..    In any event, let's take a look at the 'Steps the Senate or a Senator must follow' .. and then address if they in 'fact' do follow the steps - and the 'Spirit Of The Law'. . (see Senate link at end of the post)

"Passing Bills in the Senate"

Passing bills in the Senate is similar to that in the House of Commons. There are five steps:

   1. First reading
      The bill is received, printed and circulated. This is an introductory proceeding without debate or vote.

   2. Second reading
      The principle of the bill is debated: Is the bill good policy?

   3. Committee stage
      Ministers, department officials, experts and members of the public who have an interest in the bill appear as witnesses before a Senate committee. Committee members then study the bill clause by clause. Amendments or changes to the bill may be proposed. In the final stage, the committee adopts a report on the bill, recommending to the Senate that it be accepted as is; that it be accepted with amendments; or that it be rejected.

   4. Report stage
      If the committee report recommends adopting the bill as is (i.e., with no amendments), there is no report stage in the Senate and the bill goes directly to third reading. If, however, the report recommends amendments, the Senate must debate the report and either accept, amend or reject the amendments, in whole or in part.

   5. Third reading
      Final approval of the bill. Senators may propose further amendments at this stage. If the bill originated in the Senate, it is sent to the House of Commons, which will examine it through a similar three-reading process. If the bill originated in the House of Commons and was not amended in the Senate, it is now ready for Royal Assent. If the bill originated in the Commons and was amended in the Senate, a message about the amendments is sent to the Commons to ask for their agreement. The Commons and the Senate must agree on the exact contents of a bill before Royal Assent can be granted, making it law."

So, there you have it.

Let's address Steps 2 & 3.   Step 2. The principal of the bill is debated. Is it a good Bill policy?   This part confuses me to no end - because, it clearly states in our Statute of Law Making Regulations that all Public Bills - must be with the public being 'provided' with full and easy access to all Bills being introduced !   I believe it is the people's right to discuss &/or debate and decide the 'Principal of bills and whether or not it is a good Bill policy -no? After all - It is Our Lives - that will be affected and/or changed, and it is our responsibility and right to decide whether or not - we want the bloody thing to go any further - no? Therefore - at the very least - Step 2.. warrants a discussion with our Senate.

Step 3: This one is the big one: The Committee Stage: Notice - the part that says "...members of the public who have an interest in the bill appear as witnesses before a Senate Committee...", who will study what they/we have to say... and they may -or- may not propose amendments to the bill!    First of all - how many people do you know - who have had ANY opportunity to add their voice to ANY bill - let alone a Senate bill Committee ? I repeat - these Senators are making decisions that affect our lives!! You know like the freaking illegal language laws! What is this? First we have to find out these bill introductions are happening... and quite unlike the law demands... the people of Canada are NOT fully informed - not by a long shot.. and certainly is anything but easy to access! Add to that - if per chance by some fluke - we do find out - bills are being introduced and/or enacted - we have to freaking go to Ottawa and what - plead our case for -or- against these bills? And leave it up to the individual Senators - who may or may not consider our concerns as valid?   (I've read some of the Senate transcripts - particularly when it comes to the ugly illegal language laws, and believe me - it is clear that to 'some of our 'named, not elected Senators' - our best interest - or the benefit to the public - seems to be the least of their priorities!)

So what - I repeat is going on here? And how dare - these people take it upon themselves - to decide to create new laws.. without the required - full knowledge and FULL Consent of the people of Canada!

Dear Senators,

I've been reading portions of your meetings with great interest and extreme concern and will get straight to the point.

When pray tell, are any of you - including the entire Senate - going to address and denounce (as you are bound to by law) - the 40 year long ongoing - devastating abuse of human rights - against the English Speaking Population of Quebeck? 2.5 MILLION Canadians whose rights - freedoms - ability to earn a living in English - public services, media, businesses, CULTURE - essence - have been illegally erased/ethnically cleansed .. as I'm sure you are well aware of.    And please - do not offer the typical reply - saying this is a Provincial Issue. Discrimination and Ethnic Cleansing against any individual - let alone a substantial segment of the population, of /in any Province - is - as you all know - yet continue to blatantly ignore - a crime, period.

Our Federal Government is obligated by law - as are you - to protect all our rights and freedoms: particularly if a Provincial government - illegally enacts laws that discriminate - language included; in spite of the word 'language' being illegally removed from OUR Charter - Without Our Knowledge and certainly Without OUR Consent:   a regulation you must obey - as is made very clear in our Statute of Law Making regulations, '.... and any bill, amendment etc... enacted to deny our rights - or that do NOT adhere to the "Spirit of The Law" ... ".... shall be deemed Null & Void."

Erasing the English Language in the Province of Quebec - is a grotesque and outrageous act of, "ethnic cleansing" and you know it! If you do not know it - you most certainly are unqualified for the position you hold.   Therefore, no matter how often the Senate & our elected officials - prattle,   that it is up to our 'elected officials to create such
laws - on behalf of the people', - or the oft suggested nonsense - '...that if the people disagree - they can make that clear by 'not re-electing the member...etc" - repeating this mantra, does not - and will not - make it Legal - Ever !

You, all of you, have in my opinion and multitudes of like minded citizens are, grossly abusing and violating your positions, and the trust, we the people of Canada have given you. Notwithstanding, the Officially Bilingual amended nonsense - "..for Federal Institutions Only etc... ".

The Statutes of Our Law Making Regulations you must adhere to, clearly state, ".... that any bills, amendments, law, legislation's - introduced that, "affect the lives/rights etc... of the population - or segment thereof, must first: be
presented to the people of Canada - and must have the full consent by the VOTE of the People of Canada and/or segment of the population that will/may be affected by such laws ( not by the MP's, MNA's, MLA's etc...voting on their behalf. This 'Regulation' was written specifically to protect the people from any form of Dictatorship - rearing its head in OUR Country) : and I repeat, must have the full consent - by a full majority vote of the people.     The Regulation goes on to say that, "...any such laws introduced, amended or enacted, without the full knowledge and consent of the people of Canada - shall be deemed Null & Void, and the official(s)/member(s) shall be subject to immediate dismissal and/or criminal prosecution."

The above is the primary Regulatory law - you are obligated to uphold.   It is the: Foundation of the, Laws - of the people of Canada: the people you and every elected official and government employee, must not/may not, under any circumstance violate or abuse. (other than in extreme circumstances - like a war and then it may only be temporarily amended. For those who are 'unaware of Law Making Statute - I strongly suggest - you become aware of it asap.   After all - according to another Law of the land - "Ignorance of the Law is may not be used as a defense." .

Finally: Senators job descriptions, do not, include the Introduction, of ANY - Bills - or pieces of Legislation.   Therefore, for example: what on earth is going on with Senator Chaptu (sp) and/or others, introducing an amendment to the Language Act ?   And, what on earth are you doing with Bill C-224 (as much as I agree with it) discussing tampering with our Charter Of Rights?   No government representative(s) - I repeat - may introduce - let alone amend any part of our Constitution or Charter, without our full knowledge and full consent. Please don't reply - we have access to the Canada Gazette   etc...    It by no stretch of the imagination,   gives the people of Canada - the required by law - FULL AND EASY ACCESS. ergo: more violations of your job description.

I repeat - the role of the Senate is to ensure the, Laws of our Country (& Spirit of the law) - are upheld- in our 10 Provinces & 3 Territories, that protect all our rights. They may in, no way be amended to diminish or remove any right or freedom.

It is high time - the illegal disgustingly shameful, 'ethnic cleansing laws' (go look up the definition of the United Nations & The International Human Rights Agreement - signed and violated by Canada and Quebeck ) of Quebec are not only addressed, but also, your obligation to deem Null & Void: and to immediately demand the prosecution of those responsible for illegally allowing the, enactment/endorsement/promotion - of these horrific acts.

These language laws make a mockery of our much touted democracy, and are designed specifically - (not as spouted - to protect the French language) . they in fact are, a deliberate and ugly - attempt - to 'justify' the 'unjustifiable', the erasure of the entire English Culture- out of existence - in our Canadian owned Province of Quebeck, period. I repeat, recognized and condemned, throughout the Free World as 'Ethnic Cleansing'.

The English population in fact - is the population that has been instrumental in growing, the French language in Quebec and throughout the country! Had any of you done your homework - you would know that: the ONLY documented/historic, longstanding discrimination that has taken place in Quebeck - has been against the English - starting with the French Catholic Church - who ruled the Province and francophone community, with an Iron hand for centuries - whilst spewing their nonstop, "Anglo Devil" - hate & lunacy.

It is, I repeat - your responsibility - to protect the rights and freedoms of All Canadians - in this case - particularly - the 2.5 Million English speaking population in Quebec - that you have and continue to illegally   DENY their Human Rights.   I repeat one more time - Language discrimination and ethnic cleansing - is NOT a 'Provincial Matter', especially when the Provincial spokespeople/elected representatives -   are the abusers & violators of those rights.

**Note: As you must know by now - the Stats Canada - population reports these past 40 years were deliberately skewed and grossly minimized the true numbers of the English & non francophone population of Quebeck.   To those who are not aware of this - I'll be more than happy to explain and demonstrate how & why this was done. In the meantime -Rest assured - the 2.5 million English Speaking number is a Fact. Then again - the size of the population should not matter - should it - when it concerns Human Rights Abuses taking place in Our "Land Of The Free" ?

Canada's Maxime Bernier denounces the Quebeck's disgusting language laws!

I never thought I'd say or write this. I am going to vote Conservative in the upcoming Federal Election. On condition of course that Mr. Bernier's denouncement of Quebeck's horrific language laws continues and I'm going to join the Conservatives for sure if they make this a part of their platform: I'll even nominate Bernier for every freaking AWARD this country has: for being the First and ONLY Politician to demonstrate the LEADERSHIP this country has been so very hungry for! And note: Having always voted Liberal - this is a huge deal for me!

I also know that pretty much all the life long liberals in Quebeck - the 2.5 million English speaking ones - that have been totally Shut Out of the now French only Quebec arm of the Federal Liberal Party - the ones who've been staying home on election day - will at least think about be doing the same.

After suffering decades of lies and betrayal - the Liberals promised us for decades - if we were patient - they would abolish the language laws... and instead, they rewarded our loyalty and patience - with shitting on us big time - over and over and over again! What they did to us instead, was endorse and promote the illegal ethnic cleansing language laws;
kiss the asses and recruit every separatist they could find (that went on to pretend to have been miraculously reborn into a federalist) and spread the lying filthy MYTHS about the English Devils; that the Separatists owned Quebec - when of course - in FACT it belongs to ALL Canadians!

The next week or so should show if Bernier means it - but so far he is standing up to the foaming at the mouth screeches of protest from the seps and of course the provincial liberals - who also shat on us and betrayed our community, with ever increasing draconian language laws, and have proven to be even more rabid about Erasing our English language and
culture - than the seps even dreamed of! They totally erased English as an official language and pretty much ALL the government services - we still pay hefty taxes for - but no longer have access to. Will get into that can of horrific worms in an upcoming article - that will make your heads turn with shock and disbelief.

I think the rest of the country, finally finding out what has REALLY been going on here in gestapo ethnic cleansing Quebec - may have had something to do with it as well; (thanks to the magic of the internet)

No government reps and no provincial reps have the power or right to freaking erase English or the right to live and work in it - according to OUR Statute Of Law Making Regulations!

Quebeck BELONGS TO ALL CANADIANS - it does NOT belong to that cult of anti English GOONS - we have allowed to destroy our province and country!

Quebec BEFORE the language laws - was the ONLY Officially Bilingual province in the country. And these GOONS illegally ERASED the brilliant and enriching standing that had made Quebec/k the Richest and most popular Province in Canada. They destroyed all that was good and right and any sense of democracy we believed protected us and foisted the boot stomping Office de la langue francais - The language Police - and their disgusting - shameful ethnic cleansing loi's...(loi = law in french) all over the greater Montreal area, while instilling fear and terror into the hearts of the English speaking population that would have made Hitler proud.

Here's too Maxime Bernier for having the balls... to stand up and denounce what will go down in history - as Canada's black era of evil and shame. And here's to hoping that Canada will once more have a Leader we can believe in and be proud of. It has been much too long and much too destructive and painful without one.
